Can I cancel an order?

Once the proposal is accepted and agreed upon, you won't be able to cancel the order after 24 hrs have passed. If you change your mind, then cancel and report to us within 24 hrs of accepting the offer. Drop an email to support@advarta.co

Can I get a refund of the advance or the payment I transferred?

Sorry, once we start the project we won't be able to entertain any refund requests. In order to avail of any refund, let us know within 24 hrs. After that period, no refund request would be entertained.
